Technical
We expect good technical skills but we're also happy to invest in training if you have some gaps.
Typically, people obtain this role having at least 2 years’ IT support experience, but if you’re the type of person that picks up technology skills quickly, less experience might be okay.
Ideally, you will already have certifications in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate. Otherwise, you will need to gain this certification within 6 months.

Majority of your time will be based onsite in the VISITS' Melbourne office or providing onsite support at customer sites. There is some flexibility to work from home for this role.
Work is mostly during weekday business hours – minimal weekend work.
